Stu! Leaving the house via the front door...We are going to put in a shiny red door with a big brass knocker. We are leaving a window above but as yet we are undecided what to put there!	Floorboards The living room has a lovely wooden floor (not laminate!) in a mahogany colour...We are going to sand it down and polish it up! Lovely!	Living Room The red bit above the fireplace is a wallpaper sample we have sellotaped to the wall, this is the colour we are going to use to decorate.	Fireplace The mantlepeice is either made of cast iron or slate, we cant decide what to do with it yet. I think we are going to paint it white after it has been rubbed down and put in a cast iron fire.
View From Kitchen Urrgh somebody has to strip that bloody anaglypta off the wall! Nightmare!	Kitchen Windows We are going to brick back in furthest window, although it gives a lot of light it takes up a lot of wall space. Also it looks kind of odd as its a different size to the other window and even at a different height. It just doesn't "flow"!	Kitchen To save some work we are going to keep the kitchen ceiling as it is but paint it white, that is unless it needs to come down when fitting the extraction for the hob.	Back Garden This photo shows a small part of the back garden, that gate nearly flattened Stu as he found that the only thing holding it up was the fact that it was locked!
Back Garden 2 There is a huge raised herb garden on the right of this pic. Although its quite a nice feature it takes up a lot of space, we are considering taking part of it back and turning this part into a patio/bbq area with a med feel in this area.	Back Garden 3 On the left of this pic is a row of fruit trees. The shed looks smaller than it actually is. There is actually little room to move in this garden and I certainly wouldn't like to swing a cat as it would knock itself out on one of those trees. We plan to take out most/all trees and move/replace the shed. We will wait till after the summer probably to see what sort of trees we have!	Weirdest Toilet Ever What were these people thinking?????	Dining Room The wooden posts are supporting the ceiling temporarily as Mike is opening up the staircase a little. This will be one of the first rooms to be completed. The door you can see on the left is how you originally accessed the staircase.
Bathroom Mike said its a shame the suite is blue as the bath is in good nick (cast iron) so out it comes! Replacing with a corner bath and maybe tongue and groove (white) instead of tiles. The bathroom is a really good size.	Kitchen Some of the cupboards have already been removed by Mike in this pic, he has also knocked out the original door as he is moving it to the center.	Stairway I belive this is as far as the stairway is being opened, there was a door here previously.	View From Dining Room The dining room has a lovely big window and this is our view. Not that great at the minute! Picture shows the raised herb garden on left.
Bay Window The living room has a lot of character and I love this bay window!	Upstairs Corridor One of the things we like and are keeping are the doors with the glass in as they let a lot of light into the corridor.	From Office This view shows you just how close the house is from our office! Lovely!	The House The canopy thing is coming down. I believe we are having brown glazed windows and a red front door. The bushes will come down in front of the house and a little wall put up.
